vegetarian

Im a teen vegetaren(3years now) and i have been experceing numb like pain in the crooks of my arms and got sick(just a cold i think) very suddenly when i normaly have a very immpressive immune system and my migrane (migraine) syndrome is getting worse everyday (&i live in flordia). its hard to just keep myself sitting up with my arms&i have to wear a hoody and sunglasses and i dont know what to do? i want to remain a vegetaren but i want to keep my good heath up. any suggestions?
