I do have a sore throat and my head feels really heavy.  I also left out the fact that I just quit smoking cigarettes about 2-3 days ago. Could it possibly be withdrawal symptoms? I have also gotten random chills down my spine and the a/c is more sensitive on my skin than before... Any more ideas? Thanks for the help aldunn72023!!

The vertigo can be caused by fluid in  your ears as a result of sinsuses or an ear infection.  You can get Meclizine over the counter to take, it should help with the dizziness, but it may make you very tired so do not drive or operate heavy machinery until you know how it will affect you.  Also you can get an antihistamine, such as Claritin or Zyrtec to clear up the fluid.  If you are concerned,  you should see a doctor.  If it is fluid in your ear, he may give you a prescription for an antihistamine, Meclizine, antibiotics if it is an infection, and possibly a water pill for the fluid.  the diarrhea could be caused by a number of things.  If it persists, I would see a doctor.  Hope this helps and hope you feel better soon.
