weekely high fever and vomitting

My grandson comes home from visiting his dad and ends up with a high fever and vomotting that lasts about 2 days. Not once but now back to back weekends. Is it something he is eating? allergic to something. Middle of summer and the flu twice in two weeks? somethings fishy

Yes, definitely take him to the doctor.  This could be a disease with a recurring fever that cycles about once a week. Diseases that cause recurring fevers need treatment.
