better to drink cold or hot drink after swimming
Room temperature water- less shocking to one's system than ice cold. Since I heard years ago in general that room temperature water is less shocking to the body, I've been drinking filtered water from the tap rather than water from the refrigerator & I ask for water without ice in restaurants.
cold. swimming is a exercise. as long as you get pleanty of water it shouldnt matter
