what is going on

I have this feeling as if something is moving under my skin. It is mostly in my back but can feel it moving in other parts of my torso and thoat. Other times it is a tingling mostly in the arms but can be all my body and than it is   constricting mostly head and chest, also can feel it internaly lungs, heart, digestive. Also unexplained pains that go and come, all these can(not all the time)result in a red blotchy or/and spoted or bumpy rash. Other symtoms; Palpatations,digestive issues,anxiety,spaceness,constricted breathing,joints feel weak or ache, odd taste, tremorlike feeling when i wakeup.

Yes, you can look into autoimmune disorders like rheumatoid arthritis, polyarteritis nodosa and SLE. Also get the blood work suggested earlier. IBS or irritable bowel too is a possibility if you have digestive issues.

Thank you for your response. I am under stress, no alcohol,bloodwork normal. Many symtoms on and off for years. Does it sound like auto immune?

Thanks for writing to the forum!
I would suggest you get the blood levels of the following checked if they have not already been checked: potassium, calcium, sodium, vitamin B complex, or vitamins B1, B3, or B6 and Vitamin D. Get your kidney function, parathyroid gland function and adrenal function tests done because these affect the electrolyte balance in the body. Stress, alcohol, and fatigue all cause similar symptoms. Certain medications too can cause similar symptoms.
