what is it?????

I have had many infections in the last couple of years.  Early this year, I had pneumonia and bronchitis several times.  In May of this year, I went to see my doctor for coughing.  She gave me antibiotics, and I went back to work.  I took the antibiotics as prescribed, including several vitamins for my immune system.  My cough turned into pneumonia, and I had severe chest pain radiating down my left arm. I also had SOB, and asthma problems. Other infections that have had this year include, diverticulitis, shingles bronchitis and UTI.  Over time, the coughing has been much better, but now I am having joint pain, spleen pain,and pain running down my left side.  I had several blood tests come back, everything came back normal except my cbc was like 12.5.  I also have recent been diagnosed with BPV. Another problem is that my mentstual cycles are really irregular.   I am very frustrated that no real diagnosis has yet been made.  Would it do any good to go to an actual specialist, or is it possible that there is a diagnosis that has not yet been made?  I feel really stupid seeing a doctor so much, but I know there is something wrong.  Could you give me any insight to what this could be?
