Hi,I had a bubble sort of on my head on the right side(which i observed that it was there from last 3 years) with some liquid in it which oozes out if I rub on it.Once the liquid oozes out it gets refilled again in one week or so.At times when i get too emotional or when i am under stress,i feel that area also pains.when I saw that bubble, there was a samm black spot on that bubble through which the liquid is oozing out.

And my right eye also pains when i feel the pain on my head in that area.

Just curious to know wat it could be?

Tough to say without evaluation.

But in any case, I would say a dermatology referral is needed.

There are various type of blistering-type skin lesions that need to be considered.  If amenable, a biopsy may be needed for a more definitive diagnosis.

But that should be determined by a dermatology referral.

Is it in the bone, or in the skin?

Either way, three years, get to a doctor - poor healing like that is not a good thing. Get to a dermatologist to start.
