My husband has been experiencing symptoms like, low grade fever, chills, weakness, eye pain ,eyes swelling a little, legs shake when moving around, very tired. nothing else just these things, really not sure what it could be or what to do?

If these symptoms persist after a month, he really needs an in-person evaluation, preferably at a clinic associated with a teaching hospital.

I'd take him to the doctor and have labs drawn, such as thyroid levels.
