why is my abdomen and pelvic organs pulsating tingling

I have been having pulsating sensations, tingling and pinching pain in my abdomen and pelvic organs. I feel an engorged feeling in my lower abdomen pelvic triangle, vagina labia vulva inside vagina, gspot and rectum for the past 2 years. This started sporaticly and now it goes on 24 hours a day. I feel tremendous pressure, throbbing or pulsating pinching sensations when I sit or lie down. this pressure decreases upon standing, but I still feel it faintly when standing. I have had 3 cat scans, colonoscopy ,endoscopy, cystoscopy. abdominal and pelvic ultrasound, blood work complete exam, pap test. Nothing showes up. I am completely miserable. My doctor does   not know what else to do

Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
Pelvic tremors can be due to PID or pelvic inflammatory disease, compression of spinal nerves or due to pudendal neuralgia as an initiating symptom. Menopause and hormonal changes too can cause pelvic tremors. This can be known by a Pudendal Nerve Motor Latency Test (PNMLT) and relevant MRI. Adhesions are diagnosed by laproscopy.
Hope this helps. It is difficult to comment beyond this at this stage. Do consult your doctor. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!

Did they check your abdominal aorta (re pulsating sensations)?

Did they consider endometriosis and adhesions, which frequently will not show up on all those pics, but may be found with exploratory laporscopy (if a gyn surgeon agrees to this, ask for excision of the endometrial implants found rather than laser burn, which can cause more scarring & adhesions).

Have you tried going to a chiropractor (reputable)?

You say you feel an engorged feeling- did the pics show much in the way of free peritoneal fluid?  Do you feel bloated, like you are retaining water?

Have you tried a neurologist to see if it might be nerve encroachment or pinching related?

Have they tried a muscle relaxant on you to try to relax pelvic floor muscles to see if it that helps?
