ok, the symptoms seem like pregnancy.  but u should also go and check your iron levels. my iron levels are currently very low due too heavy bleeding, but before i started my iron viamines i would get bad dizzy spells, cold sweat, hot flashes, i also though i might faint a few times, i would sit or lay down wherever i was. so, good luck and i hope all is well.

Make time to see your doctor, or go to a clinic.  You have two children who need you to be
healthy both physically and emotionally.  The stress that your worrying causes in you can
increase the problems. You must make a time to see you doctor.  The nurse might not be
happy about tending to your babies while you are seen, but sometimes that happens.

It sounds like you are pregnant to me. If your period is late I would do an HPT and try to rule that out first.  If nothing I would see your doctor.
