wound that wont heal

i've recently had a course of chemo for hodgkins lymphoma. I'm in remmision now and have been for 8 mths, but  i,ve developed 3 wounds. 1 on the back of my hand, 1 on my forearm and 1 on my neck. I haven't hurt it anywhere they have just come up as lumps and then scabbed over, should i be worried

Thanks for your cmments.I've been to see doctor 2day, she had a quick glance from across the desk and said it was nothing and i should see my GP. I know my own body and i know when something isn't right, so i'll see my GP, i was a bit peeved off with the fact that she didn't even examine it.
