Adderall and Breast feeding

HI.  I still breast feed (maybe once or twice a day) and my doctor mentioned that he wanted to start prescribing me adderall (adderrall).
I haven't been in to see him and haven't had a chance to talkto him about it in debth but I'mwondering if I took the 10 mg tablet he wants to give me, how long should I wait before I nursed my daughter.
