Can anyone help explain what this is?

I was seen at my local emergancy room for abdominal pain tonight. The Er doctor had a Ct Scan done and here are the findings . If anyone could explain the to me it would be helpful.

1)low atttenuation lesions seen at the posterior aspect of the right liver lobe
measuring 1.6 cm in diameter.

2) a large left adenxal cyst is seen measuring 3.2 cm in diameter. Multiple engorged left ovary and in uterine veins are seen. A small amount of fluid is seen at the pelvis.

3) very tortuous and dialated left gonadal vein is seen showing atypically significant IV contrast enhancement. Consider the possibility  of left sided pelvic congestion syndrome.

Now my question is in what does all this mean? Can any of the have to do with the cervical cancer I battled almost 10 years ago?

please go to the ovarian cancer forum and speak to the women there.  A lot of the women do not have cancer there but they have been in similar situations as yours.  They are extremley helpful and are caring and understanding with the fears that you have.  They are great couragous women that have been through all the ups and downs and all have a story to share and offer up any advice that you may need.  Good luck
