My son has a spinal cord injury and has partial paralysis.   He was recently diagnosed with Fibromyalgia.  I am concerned as he was taking many drugs before this diagnosis and now he is on 15 routine drugs.  I fear that taking these drugs will cause a problem and or they drugs are responsible for the new diagnosis.   I expressed my concern to Hospital Administration but they do not seem concerned.  Can you recommend a way to get an impartial review of medications.  The drugs my son are taking daily are as follows:

Amitriptyline Tabs 10mg, Clonazepam Tabs 1mg, Cyclobenzaprine Hcl Tabs 5mg
Depakote Er Tabs 500mg, Enablex Tabs 15mg, Flovent Hfa Inh Aerosol 12gm 110mcg, Lexapro Tabs 20mg, Lorazepam Tabs 0.5mg,  Metoclopramide Tabs 5mg
Nasacort Aq Nasal Spr 16.5gm , Prevacid Caps 30mg. Ranitidine Tabs 150mg
Singulair Tabs 10mg,  Xopenex Inhal Sol Pf 3cc 12's 1.25mg. Zyrtec Tabs 10mg

Thanks for the feedback.  I was not concerned that the drugs caused fibromyalgia, but that the many drugs my son is taking is causing the symptoms which is being incorrectly diagnosed as fibromyalgia.  The FDA has published information stating that  ADR result in 100 thousand deaths annually.  Patients with 4 or more drugs have an exponential rate of experiencing an ADR.  I
