Is this an emergency

My spouse woke up this morning with a brownish black film stuck on her teeth and tongue.
She has been having stomach pains for about 4 days now. She did take some chewable tablets of pepto bismol but she didnt chew the tablets she swallowed them last night. This morning she woke up saying she could feel that she had horrible breath then noticed the film right under the gumline on her teeth and all on her tongue. DO we need to take her to see a doctor or a dentist and could the stomach pain and the film issue be from a similar illness???

Abdominal pain that persists for days needs evaluation.  Film on the gums, no idea.
