Pimple like structure near testicle

I woke up this morning and noticed a slight pain in between my left leg and my left testicle. It isn't on my testicle or scrodom, it's just between my leg but near my left testicle. It looks like a pimple, with a yellow head type structure at the top. If I touch it, it is sore. I squeezed the yellow puss like stuff out and now it's just a red sore area that has little bleeding to it. Just like if you were to squeeze a zit or pimple. What is this? I am worried that it'd be some kind of cancer, but I did research on testicular cancer and it says signs would be on the testicles themself, like bumps of swelling.
