bilateral ankle lumps

would sarcoma be considered when a pt presents with bilateral lumps found on each ankle. ( one on each ).
Suppose they were no more than 3-4 cm 's in size, not painful, no swelling. Location would be on the lateral aspect of the ankle, closer to the top. They are soft, mushy and not movable.
No history of injury...no significant medical history...surgical history is significant for abdominal lipoma removal in 2002.
They have been present for about a week, not getting any bigger.

They get smaller when the pt extends his/her foot and gets bigger with extension.

WOuld Sarcoma be considered?
Would Lipoma or gangion cyst be consiered?

I'm having a similar problem. I've noticed bumps on both of my ankles. And only around the ankle area. On my left foot on the right side I have about 7 small red bumps, similar to mosquito bites, they itch but they don't seem to go away. About three scattered around the rest of the left foot. I am 16 years old and don't participate in any sports but working out.  My right foot also has a couple of these strange bumps

I also have these lumps over both ankles, laterally.  First started 10 months ago, now both ankles are swollen, along with additional swelling  posteriorly to the original swollen area.  Area feels solid, sort of fibrous.  Not red or hot to the touch.  Looks like two large lumps.  I have seen a podiatrist (he thought I needed liposuction on ankle?).  Orthopedic surgeon said if it doesn't hurt, leave it alone.  Cardiologist said he had no idea why the ankle joint area was swollen, no cardiac problems noted.  Rheumatology test was negative. Regular bloodwork also negative.  There are no other unusual lumps anywhere else.   I wish someone knew why my ankle joint area is so swollen!
