Would a CT scan of the sinuses tell if there is an infection of the sinues?
If there isn't any congestion, cough,no drainage, recent cold,or runny

Ear tube insertion - series pain/fullness, can it still be an infection?
Can this be a cause for lightheadness/feeling like one is on a boat?
If a steroid course decreased these symptoms, almost completely, does that still mean there could be an infection, or is it possible that it is only inflammation?
If so, what are possible causes of the inflammation, and if an infection is not present, can this be treated with an antihistamnie/or steroid.
Thank you for your time.
