please help!!!

i'm only 17 years old and have only had sex with one other person.  i've had white discharge from my vigina (vagina) for a few months.  i took a ph test to see wheather i had a yeast infection or something else.  my ph was normal so i took a yest infection antibacterial.  it help with the the discarge in sertain ways.  the area around my vagina dosn't itch any more but a more white like discarge still comes.  then yesterdayi felt a hard lumb inside my outer labia.  it was kinda deep in the skin and was close to the top where my vigina (vagina) begins. what should i do? i live in little valley new york, and also wanted to kno of the closest medical clinic if you think i should see a doctor.
