small lump on back of head

I'm 17 years old and I noticed this lump on the back of my head it's mid way on the back of my head its painless, hard, round, and is about a centimeter in length. My body feels weird, my lower neck is pretty stiff, but I think its because my nerves are shot. I'm pretty scared that its cancer, all help would be appreciated.
