Positive Leukocytes, Negative Nitrates. UTI?

So, I have had 8 million different diagnosis, been the ER a trillion times, different doctors, ultra sounds, CT scans, Colp's, biopsies and LEEPS and am still unsure of what's wrong with me.

I KNOW I used to get UTI's chronically as a child (I'm 22 now, female obviously) and that often on my trips to ER's I would get told I had a UTI along with the mystery abdomen/pelvic/cervical pain.

I decided to go to the store to purchase a UTI test kit which came with 2 test strips.

I tested one on Monday, one on Tuesday, both days I came up with very prominent Leukocytes yet no nitrates.

what does that mean?
