Recurrent Bladder Infections

I used to get bladder infections almost every time after sex so I went to the
doctor to ask what I can do to prevent them. He gave me macrobid to take right
before sex every time, and it works well. However I really want to get off
antibiotics and try something natural since I take it every weekend. I brought
Ultimate Flora Vaginal Support Probiotic and Cranactin. I haven't started yet
but I need some advice on what to do to make sure I prevent any bladder
infections with the antibiotic. Should I take both of these? Just one? Will they
most likely prevent the infections? Please help me and advise me in this
