reoccuring yeast infection pregnancy

this is my third yeast infection while being pregnant and i dont understand whats causing them. I havent had one until i got pregnant. I stop  having sex around 20 weeks because of vaginal bleeding and im not drinking soda and i shower twice a day..where am i going wrong??? please share experinces or what worked for you??

Yeast infections are common during pregnancy. During pregnancy there are many hormonal changes taking place and there is more sugar in the vaginal secretions which allows more yeast to feed. During pregnancy usually vaginal creams and suppositories are used. Using Nystatin powder may prevent a recurring infection. Have a balanced diet and include yoghurt with lactobacillus in your diet. Wear loose cotton undergarments and maintain hygiene. I hope it helps.
