irregular periods

I had my baby in january and i breastfed her for 7 months and now I stopped it from last 2 months and I haven't had my normal period yet. Before having her I was bleeding heavy and my cycle for bleeding was 5 days, after having her I think I have 4 times my periods in 8 months and they were light. The one I had this month it was really light like spotting and it was dark brown spotting. I wonder why? Do you think I need some kind of medical attention or am i pregnant again. when my doctor did a pap test twice: one before my daughter and one after having her both time my cervical cells were abnormal. is that to do something with the abnormality?
