6 yrs of pain

hi,i am  in uk age 29 with 2 kids  i have only had 1 sexual parter who i am still with  and take thyroxine 100 daily .i have had this probem for years and gp is at a loss !i have pain and incresed sensitivity in my vagina, had it during pregnancy and ever since ! i am super sensitve inside to the point i can feel a nail on a finger ,up on insetion i feel more like its scratching , trying intercourse burns at enterance and bleeds after, then burns and feels swollen for days .i have same problems with lube too. been tested for stds- all neg and treated for thrush which did not help,nurse doing smear said was red and inflammed when speculum was in (very painfull) and bled when samples were taken . i did have tearing during child birth and was stiched .it is causing problems with my marriage now as we only had full intercorse 4 times last year ! is there anything i can do ?

If your gynecologic workup (including colposcopy and skin evaluation) is completed and there are no identified issues or lesions, this may also be a musculoskeletal/myofascial issue. Please locate a licensed pelvic floor physiotherapist (they abound in UK and the rest of Europe), and see if they can replicate your pain symptoms during a detailed pelvic floor exam. If the symptom can be replicated, it can usually be treated with musculoskeletal therapy.
