Bleeding after catheter removal

I have RRP  (radical retropubic prostatectomy) done by an open surgery because of my prostate cancer. After that I was using catheter for two weeks.
All was good and my urine was yellow and clear when I had the catheter. On last Monday my catheter was removed. I am incontinent of course now, but for two days after catheter removal my urine was still clear. To my surprise on the third day blood appeared in my urine and I am afraid of it.
Is it normal or should I be afraid ? How long can it last ? (I am two and a half of week after surgery now).
Thank you for your answer.
