If the pap is normal, the cervical cultures are negative, and the ultrasound workup is negative, then you should consider a musculoskelital sourse for the pain. Many women with painful intercourse can have myofascial pain, and may benefit from pelvic floor and abdominal physical therapy, usually done by a qualified pelvic floor physical therapist. Your local urogynecologist should be able to recommend one to you, they are usually female, and work on the ppelvic floor muscles via the vagina.
The bleeding can be from a cervical polyp, or perhaps related to an irregular period.
