Bloating and missed period

I was supposed to get my period a week ago, and so far nothing. I took a pregnancy test two days ago, and it came out negative. I have to pee all the time, and even after I pee, my bladder is extended along with my lower abdomen. I am gassy and irritable, and after eating one meal in the morning I am full for the rest of the day. I get mild cramps and lower back pain all the time. Also, my discharge has been thick and white for about a week and a half, and honestly, im not sure what to think at this point. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
