Brownish ***

Hello,
I'm 16 years old, and a mate. I'm not sexually active.

About 5-6 days ago, my *** was red (from what i've read it's obviously blood). I booked an appointment, but my advise online was to lay off masturbating for 3 days or so I did, today I masturbated again and my *** was brown.
From what i've read, this means the blood is dried up or old?

I have no pain or anything like that. However, i'm not exactly sure what this means? Does it mean because it's gone brown the bleeding will stop? Should I masturbate a bit more to get rid of it or not do it at all?
