Can thigh pain be referred from a urogyn source?

Hi. I've been assuming that unexplained thigh pain for many many months was muscular, but am no longer sure. Can thigh pain can be referred from gynecological problems? If yes, what are the mechanisms that would allow that? It's in the front of the thigh, feels sort of like a cramp or sometimes a deep ache, makes the leg hard to use and weak, and sometimes seems to come from the pelvis and radiate down to the thigh.
(I have a history of undiagnosed pelvic pain, as well as a history of cervical dysplasia and now "squamous atypia of undertermined signficance on PAP).
