Clitoris pain/ when opening legs/ moving around/ hurts by itself later

Hi im 17 and i had peeing problems. I want to pee right after i just peed theres this sensation in my clit and when i go back to pee, i actually can. So i think this is a UTI so im taking Noveltin meds twice a day. This is the second day of my meds and my clitoris started showing sharp pain i have had this before due to incorrect masturbation i guess but this one is different. I didnt do anythinv and it just started getting painful. Is it yeast infection or some other thing? Im really scared bc my clitoris is starting to hurt by itself now without me moving and this really worries me like hell so PLEASE PRETTY PLEASE help
