Hemmorrage for weeks after urodynamics test.

I had a urodynamics test done just befor the new year. My test was done mid morning and by that afternoon was starting to feel as though I might be getting a uti/bladder infection. No burning or stinging just felt like I needed to wee more. The next day I saw blood in my urine. The following day there were massive clots and large amounts of tissue. This continued for about 6/7 weeks. Since having this test I have been anemic, have a low ferritin level of 5, and have been having to get Ferrum H injections 2 every 3 days for about 8weeks. Eventually my ferritin level came back up. Then as soon as that was fixed I got an abscess that joined up to my anus. Had it lanced and drained/packed and put on antibiotics. Then just recently I have had a abscess develop on my right labia minora, which poped on its own, but not even 5 days later it was back and had to go to theatre for drainage. I have now been informed that during the surgery the doctor picked up on a systolic grade 3 heart murmur. Please has anyone else experienced this it know of anyone who has. I am at the end of my tether, and am so depressed. If anyone can help me please.
