Difficulty in voiding can be from a variety of issue and you would need an examination and possible testing (Urodynamics) to determine exactly what is going on.

There are no "natural hormones" that relax the bladder.

Bladder pain is not uncommon.  Many times food and drink can contribute to bladder irritation.  interestingly, cranberry juice is know to irritate the bladder in patients with painful bladder syndromes, Interstitial Cystitis, and Overactive Bladder.   There are list of foods that are known bladder irritants which can be found on the internet.

There are no "natural hormones" for bladder pain specifically.  We use estrogens intravaginally often to help with bladder complaints in post menopausal women.
