Intermittent Catheters

Hello, I have terrible trouble trying to urinate on a plane so I will go without drinking hoping that I then do not have to go. I have done alot of reserach and I see that many people use intermittent cathethers. My problem is how do I find a Dr to go to? I would apprecaite any direction. Thank you.
