Little bumps in gentian/rectal area

I recently discovered small bump clusters around my anal area, there are a few around my vaginal opening. They come off if I wipe hard and look like insect egg sacs as odd as it sounds. I practice safe sex and have never practiced anal sex. I'm concerned because they don't hurt, they come off easily but bleed alot. I've read that it could be molluscom contagisom(spelling ?). I'm confused and have no insurance so I can't go to a doctor. Any advise would be appreciated
