My wife and i need direction

Ny wife who is 40 years old and had a hysterectomy at 28. 3 years ago she suffered from a strangulated ovary with a cyst. She was operated on then and one ovary was pink and functioning. this year she has lost 35 pounds off of 135. she is loosing  her hair. she has continuous diarreah (diarrhea), she has 2 large cyst on her ovary, she is suffering from continuous UTI's and is miserable. She has seen an endochronologist, Gastro, OB-GYN, ENT, and general docs. She works in a hospital as a Pharmacy tech and she has been unable to diagnose her. how can we find treatment and a doctor (type of doc?) who can diagnose her?

Sorry to read of your problems.  It would be helpful to find one physician willing to consult with the other specialists to coordinate the findings and treatment plan.  Several things you mentioned need to be evaluated if they haven't been already.  Her ovarian cyst should be evaluated by her OBGYN.  Ultrasound and tumor markers are often done.  Her continuous diarrhea should be managed by her GI doctor.  Often medications are used in treating patients with chronic diarrhea that is not caused by  a specific disease.  Her continuous UTI's should be evaluated by a Urologist.  These can usually be treated and controlled.  If she works in a hospital, she should ask around and see if there is a doctor know to the staff as a good diagnostician.  This could be anybody but given her multiple problems it most likely will be an Internal Medicine doctor.  J.
