Orchitis after mumps?

I'm 28yr old male who had mumps 2 weeks ago. It cleared up after 10 days but 3-4 days later my testicle began swelling and is very sensitive.

It's especially severe when I walk or move around.

From what I can guess its orchitis but the doctor I went to see said she's not sure and that I must see a urologist. I have a booking but would like to if you can get orchitis after mumps had seemingly cleared up?
