Pain with Intercourse

When my fiance and I have intercourse it feels like he's hitting something inside of me and it causes pain.  Then afterwards I clean up and there is a light color blood showing.   Help I've had an Vaginal Ultrasound, hormone replacement, I'm on Paxil and nothing seems to help.
