Redness around Urethra - Female

by spcal, Oct 14, 2008 07:01PM
Hi

I am a 27 year old female. In mid august I treated a yeast infection, my first. Since then I still experience moderate redness around the urethra area, under the clitoris. This redness is relatively constant and I feel no pain or irritation unless the area is touched. When touched the skin feels raw and sensitive. I also currently have minimal white discharge that does not have a strong odor. It doesn't seem like a yeast infection since there is no itchiness, or redness around the perineal area, only redness around the urethra. Could this be the start of another yeast infection? Or is this something more serious? Is this something I should worry about? Please help

Sexual History: I am technically a virgin and have not had intercourse, however my boyfriend and I do have sexual contact, "outercourse" as they call it and petting. He has been tested and is clean.
