Look into pelvic muscle spasm as a cause of your mild retention. 135 is not a lot in terms of retention. However, if for some reason you are not relaxing your pelvic floor when you try to urinate, this could explain your problem. A clue might be if you have painful periods, or pelvic pain issues. See your gynecologist. Rule out serious gyn pathology, then if all is negative, get an evaluation by a qualified pelvic floor physical therapist who can help you to locate and currect any pelvic muscle trigger points you may have, which can cause this problem
