Dear Dr.
        I exposed to road traffic accident end with urthral injury ,urethroplasty done before 20 years in Baghdad but still complaining of incontinence,then urinary diversion contenent by cathetarizable ( the operation was done in IBN_ALBitar hospital in Baghdad in 1988)
   Now I am suffered from penile fistula and unerected penis .also, I am infertility because there is seminal fluid go out.
  Please, could you helpe me.
