Urinating frequently and high specific gravity

Sorry,  this isn't a "gynecology" question, but this is the only "urology" section I could get though to, and I hope someone can help me anyway? I have been urinating very frequently (though some days worse than others)... my bladder area has a funny feeling "in" it, increased by pressing lightly on my bladder. I know, I know I'm going to see my doctor next week... but I have urine dip sticks the ones with 12 colors and they were all normal, including the glucose one, except it looks like my specific gravity is at the highest it could be on the scale 1.030 but that's as high as the scale reads... does anyone have any educated theories right now and I will let you know next week if you're right or not after i see my doc

PS-- 32 white male non diabetic no diseases no fever,  also I can't vouch for the accuracy of my dip sticks as they are expired and I'm not a professional, but it seems like they are right.
