Worried

Prone to bladder infections . Different this time . Massive pressure on my bladder for days . Plus all other symptoms of a uti . Tests are negative . Pressure is gone now but still have lots of lower back pain and cramping around uterus area, any ideas ?

I would suggest you see a Urogynecologist or Urologist to be evaluated.  Often cyclic bladder spasms will present as UTI's but cultures will be negative and the symptoms resolve over a few days or so.  If you have culture proven UTI's, then a work up is in order and possible antibiotic suppression therapy.  J.
