bloating, nausea, vaginal pressure.

For the past 6 months I have had hip pain which started at the end of the day and know hurts all the time. It is painful to walk, sit, stand and to the touch. If I stand for more than 10-15 minutes I feel like I am having back spasms. I am also having abdominal bloating and distention, nausea daily, vaginal pressure. I have seen my internist who did an ultrasound and abdominal CT that showed I have a small uterine fibroid and small uterine cyst. When I went to OB she stated she was unconcerned, my pap smear came back normal. I then went to GI who did a colonoscopy that was normal.  I have never has a UTI until this year and have had 3 with no typical symptoms. I feel bad and am always tired. I am discouraged because no one has any suggestions or reasons for syptoms (symptoms). Any suggestions?
