help

I have a certain spot on the outside of my vagina that's always itchy sometimes my whole Vagina itches and i have to use anti itch cream by vagisil. Im very clean i use feminine wash baby wipes and douche after my period but i also have white sometimes yellowish discharge.how can i stop this!

I would suggest you consider having the area that itches biopsied to determine what the cause is.  Many issues with vaginal irritation are the results of contact dermatitis.  Allergic reactions to feminine wiped, pads, panty shields, soaps, detergents, etc.  Douching is also not generally recommended. The discharge that you are complaining of should be cultured and a vaginal ph checked.  Your doctor can then suggest appropriate treatment if necessary.  J. Kyle Mathews, MD
