i was bleeding off and on for almost 3weeks had sharp cramping pain went to the E,R they said my hcg leval was 19 very low could i still be pregnet or having a miscariage ?????

please help me im really confused and want to no if its possible if i still am pregnet will the baby survive or could it be a ectopic pregnacy and the bleeding has stoped alot of questions kinda hard to sort out help needed asap thanks sinserley:sharon.E
