I have intermittent symptoms of overactive bladder with mild to moderate bloating and occasion tenderness in the urethra.  I have had these symptoms for many years and I always think that I have a bladder infection; however uninalysis tests come back negative. There is no burning sensation while urinating.
I have had only two life long partners and no history of multiple partners at all.
