I am a 27 year old woman. for over two months i have been having pain in my lower right abdominal quadrant during orgasm. it only hurts during orgasm. it does not hurt when i urinate, cough, sneeze, or have a bowel movement. it does not hurt during sex until the orgasm.
during a pelvic exam, my doctor found a "nodule" near or on my ovary and when she pressed on this, it recreated the pain. but my subsequent ultrasound came back normal. all tests for STDs (everything under the sun) have come back negative. i don't know what else to do.
i have never been pregnant nor had any kind of pelvic or reproductive surgeries. i have been on the same birth control pill for four years. please let me know any ideas you might have that could help. thanks.
