penile discharge

i masturbate a lot. before i get these burning feeling when i pee but it's now gone. then recently i found these yellow stains in my underwear. the last sex i had was with a lady that has a baby and she breast feeds the baby so im pretty sure she's clean. so my situation is no burning, no swollen testicles, no itching, just penis discharge
what could it be??
