possibly pregnant after rectocele repair

I was wondering if I might ask you a couple questions. You said you had the repair done 2 years ago, is everything holding up ok, and what type of repair was done? Did this happen right after having a baby? Do you feel perfectly normal now? All I read about online is how repairs fail and only last 10 years...if that is the case I am looking at many operations! I had my son 10 months ago - 4th degree tear, (big boy at 10.5 lbs and sunny side up...outch!) and realized something was wrong only day 3 of PP. According to my urogynecologist I have a small or grade 1 rectocele. I hate it, hate, hate it! I can not always have a good BM even though it is not even anywhere close to "hard" - infact I have more difficulty with the looser stool than the formed. I am only 29 this was my second vaginal birth. I hate living this way, but not willing to call it quits on having more kiddos. I am pretty sure we are done, but can't make that decision at 29! I am not by any means over weight and just have a hard time dealing with this happening too me so young. I am scared to have surgery and have it fail, or not be able to pick and hold/carry my children. Can you shed any light on me what the surgery was like for you, what grade was your rectocele, and etc. Can you still do normal activities, and lift your kids? I stay at home with my son and daughter, so I need to be able to take care of them at some point. Also how long was your recovery?
I hope this is a happy pregnancy for you, if indeed you are pregnant. Good luck and thank you in advance!
